Terms & Conditions – Ayaan Man Power Security Pvt. Ltd.

By engaging the services of Ayaan Man Power Security Pvt. Ltd. the client agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before availing of our housekeeping and security services.

1. Scope of Services

Ayaan Man Power Security Pvt. Ltd. provides trained security guards, supervisors, housekeeping staff, and facility support for offices, factories, residential societies, malls, hospitals, and commercial premises across Delhi NCR.

All services shall be delivered strictly as per the terms, duration, and scope mentioned in the service agreement or work order.

2. Deployment of Personnel

All personnel are trained and background verified.
Deployment is shift-based unless otherwise agreed.
Replacement staff will be provided as per operational feasibility.
Final deployment decisions rest with Ayaan Man Power Security Pvt. Ltd. based on site requirements.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide a safe working environment at the site.
Arrange necessary basic facilities such as electricity, drinking water, restrooms, and duty space.
Share accurate site information and operational requirements.
Make timely payments as per agreed terms.

4. Payment Terms

Service charges shall be paid according to the contract or invoice schedule.
Delayed payments may attract penalties or temporary suspension of services.
Applicable government taxes and statutory charges will be billed separately.

5. Contract Duration & Termination

Contracts shall be valid for the agreed period.
Either party may terminate the agreement by giving written notice as specified in the contract.
Services may be suspended immediately in case of serious breach of terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ayaan Man Power Security Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for losses or damages caused by:

Natural calamities or force majeure events
Acts beyond reasonable control
Incorrect instructions or negligence on part of the client
Third-party actions

Our liability, if any, shall remain limited to the value of services provided under the agreement.

7. Confidentiality

All client information, operational details, and site data shall be treated as confidential and used solely for service execution.

8. Complaints & Resolution

Any service-related concern must be communicated promptly in writing so that corrective action can be taken at the earliest.

9. Amendments

Ayaan Man Power Security Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions shall be applicable once published on official platforms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
